B & B
Our home is available for stays as part of the Art vacation, however be aware that we are not able to accommodate those with allergies of any kind, or mobility issues. We have both a cat and dog (Golden Retriever), and bedrooms are located upstairs. Also the space for children's classes and drawing is on the upper level in the studio. Our house, and both upper and lower studios, are fully heated and air-conditioned.
No children under 4 years old. Bunk beds are for individuals under 120 lbs weight.
Guests staying with us will be offered continental breakfasts including cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices, breads, muffins and homemade jams. A large variety of teas and coffees (Keurig) are available at all times. Guests may store their personal food items in our extra refrigerator and will have the option of preparing their own meals. Our guests will also have use of board games, books, puzzles, and bikes and helmets.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on our property, inside or outside.
Town tennis courts, a playground and hiking trails are close by, while ponds and lakes for swimming, and a YMCA are within a 20 minutes drive.
Since we are in the countryside, a car is a necessity. Public transportation is minimal or non existent; taxis are the only option. We are 3 miles from the closest supermarket and fast food, 11 miles to a selection of restaurants.
There are a few hotels and B & B's in our area if you choose to make alternative arrangements. Some may fill quickly, so prompt inquiries are recommended.
